    Overview
    This position offers administrative support to the Human Resources Generalist. The HR Assistant must have a high level of initiative, good problem-solving skills and judgment, and have the ability to handle multiple priorities.     Responsibilities
    • Maintains department filing system, files correspondence, and confidential records
    • Prepares and updates employment files, orientation packets, etc.
    • Enters and updates applicant information, training information, and safety statistics into HRIS System
    • Assists with screening of resumes, conducts initial interviews for plant positions, and administers process for region positions
    • Assists with the administrative functions of short-term disability claims

    • Assists plant and region with annual EEOC/Affirmative Action planning and month to month tracking of actuals vs targets.

    Works with multiple plants and personnel managing projects to successful conclusions. Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints, meeting stakeholder expectations. Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems with site engineers. Provides technical support for the engineering process.     The Continuous Improvement Leader will lead continuous improvement initiatives at assigned sites, including but not limited to the Model Plant Transformation Process and process improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and productivity. Travel up to 75%.

    Requirements:
    • Leadership & Support of Masonite’s Continuous Improvement Strategy – focusing on Lean Transformation, Process Improvement, Global Standards and
    • Training.

    The Quality Manager will manage and direct the Plant Quality Control functions and resources required to translate our customer's requirements into processes and systems that meet or exceed customer expectations.

    • Maintain favorable relationships with the plant customers through visitation programs, prompt attention to complaints, and assuring the shipment of quality parts; Inform customers about the preventative actions and implemented improvements carried out in the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of all equipment and machinery; inspections, testing, and adjustment of all plant systems, equipment, and machinery; preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment, machinery, buildings and grounds. Respond to all safety and emergency calls. Perform all tasks requested by the Supervisor, Superintendent and/or other management personnel.

    Printing Press Operator is responsible for the set-up and operation of their designated press. This includes ensuring accuracy and quality of product being produced. Operator is responsible for training of new employees.
    • This includes, but is not limited to the following all required safety procedures such as PPE’s, ergonomics, chemical hazards, etc. and performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
    • Reads and understands job jackets/order.
    • Establishes and follows quality checking procedures in the pressroom.

    Must be able to lift 50 – 75 pound air shafts without the assistance of any hoist and must be able to manipulate 100 – 300
    pounds with the assistance of mechanical devices.
    Must be able to read a ruler and have other general math skills in order to measure roll diameters, roll widths, package sizes,
    etc.
    Must have directionality to distinguish right and left sides of machinery and to follow operating instructions from other
    employees and from written instructions.
    Must be agile (bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, etc.) in order to climb up on press, move cylinders, adjust equipment and
    avoid dangerous moving machinery.
    Reflexes must be in excellent condition for quick response time on moving machinery. Employee must be able to react to
    rapidly moving parts in order to avoid serious injury to his/her or other employee’s limbs or other life threatening injuries.
    Employee must be completely alert at all times to operate machinery in a proper manner.
    Must have a good sense of smell to distinguish odors from materials and smell smoke (in case of fire). Must have good
    hearing to follow directions and coordinate procedures with fellow employees and to hear warning signals.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
    Safely build pallets, cart or cages of product for loading and delivery to our customer.
    Select product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
    Accurately receive inbound products and replenish inventory as needed
    Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment.
    Perform basic sanitation duties to ensure a clean environment.
    Meet or exceed productivity standards.
    Any other duties as assigned.

    Foodservice distribution a plus

    Required Skills and Experience:
    Minimum of 18 Years of age.
    6 months of related experience (i.e. working in a distribution warehouse environment, roofer, farmhand, grocery dock, construction, manipulating patients in a hospital/nursing home or physical therapy environment, or other positions which require continuous heavy lifting which deals with multi-temperature).
    Willing and able to work any day or shift as we are a 24/7 operation.
    This position must pass a post offer background and drug test.
    Physical Demands and Work Environment:
    Frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms.
    Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds in multi-temperature environments ranging from -10F to 100F.
  • Customer Service Specialist
    Position Summary:
    A Customer Service Specialist will professionally respond and interface directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, not limited to fulfilling orders and/or special requests and credit claims.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
    This position will coordinate or execute any Restaurant Order Process activities necessary to fulfill customer requests.
    Interacting with multiple Martin Brower locations, the call center ensures that customer’s needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly.
    A qualified candidate will serve as a customer service liaison communicating with each Distribution Center and/or the ROP SSC accordingly to provide information for daily business functions
    Be responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit and assisting various departments
    Other projects or duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Experience:
    High school diploma or GED
    6 months experience with data entry and/or working in a demanding customer service call center environment
    Microsoft Office and good computer expertise
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
    This position must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends, holidays or any shift.
    Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, self-starter able to work independently managing time appropriately along with strong organizational skills.
    This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    Bilingual English/Spanish
